Fitness Training is integral to our Junior Tennis Program as we firmly believe that peak performance, requires peak fitness.
Our Fitness Progam is driven by Sandy Tompkins with a team fitness fanatics. All fitness activity will be monitored and tracked on the BOUNX Sport app for Coaches to collaborate on a players progress.

Sandy Tompkins has created the strength and conditioning programs that help hundreds of athletes maximize their potential and achieve success at the state, national, and international junior levels in our academy. She also develops fitness programs for professional tennis players.
Sandy is personally responsible for training all of the top athletes developed by Tompkins Tennis over the last 15 years.
