Q:

I have registered on BOUNX app, but why are my child's classes not showing up in the club?

If you are logged in as your own account, you'll have to switch to your child's linked account in the main menu, by clicking on your name and select your child.


Make sure that your child's age and level is set accurately as you will only be shown classes that they are eligible for. 

Q:

How do I receive my member discount?

If you are a member at the location for which you are registering, you can apply through the app.  Once we have verified your membership information, your discount will be applied. 

Q:

Can I take classes at multiple locations?

Yes, but you will have to complete a separate registration for each location.
